Conversion Tables

PalmLog Pro supports 2 different time formats (Hour:Minute and Single Digit Decimal). It also uses different tables for automatic calculations. Each individual aircraft may have its own format and conversion table defined. The program takes great pains to preserve the original values so conversions back and forth are correct. However, if you override the automatic calculations, actual minutes are rounded to the nearest 6 minutes for Decimal and 5 minutes for HM5. The following table shows how time is calculated for the decimal tables:

HM5 rounds to the nearest 5 minutes (1-2 = 0, 3-7 = 5, 8 - 12 = 10, etc).

The USN table has not been verified by and USN personnel. Send an email to PalmLog@frontbeach.com with the subject USN if the table is wrong and needs to be adjusted.
